Our Story
When my second baby Micah was only 4 months old, I looked all over for something to wear to a wedding party I had to attend.
It had to be stylish to go with the vibe, and yet still allow me to breastfeed my baby.
I scoured everywhere – from bricks-and-mortar shops to virtual stores
and could only find clothes that were made-for-nursing but looked exactly like what they were made-for-nursing!
What I really needed were stylish dresses and separates that had the nursing attributes I was looking for, but didn't look like drab, old-fashioned maternity clothes.
Clothes I would want to wear even after I had weaned Micah off breastfeeding.
And so the idea of Trish & Mic was born!
Out of pure necessity for stylish, gorgeous that had all the functionality needed by a young,
nursing mother, without ever looking like maternity clothes.
And that's just what we do – from stylish casual wear that will take you from shopping to daycare,
to stunning evening dresses that will have you turning heads at that next dinner party,
and yet be a cinch to feed bubba in.
